No buddy process is uniform for all.... completness check -》payment -》 eligibility check -》PER.

I had been the off the forum for a while.Just got back.My application was received at CIC on June 12.I later realised that the self attested Job duties are not sufficient and hence I sent an Addendum package attached with JD Reference letters from my managers.However my package was returned stating that JD letters are not attached - indicating that they didnot consider my 2nd package.

I sent a fresh set of package yesterday which as per UPS shall be delivered on the 3rd of DEC.My Noc-2132.

Hope to get through with all your prayers.

i am 8th may applicant, got PER on 13th Aug and still ECAS status shows 'in process'. However, i got a mail from LVO for additional docs on 17th Nov and i replied/provided all just yesterday.
Isnt my case a bit prolonged? What could be the reasons? To my surprise, i was again asked to provide the reference letter from my employer along with the 6 months bank statement and police certificates.

silent member of this forum for a few months. i applied under fsw with arranged employment. in canada for last five years. working on lmo for higher skilled occupation for two years...noc 4212 social worker. icas on bscn, post graduation is social work 1 year lambton college ontario, diploma in psychology stratford montreal. applied on august 18, ccc on november 18, got uci number already but no per information displayed yet. praying and waiting for per. rt now its 10 pm ab and -28 degrees. administrators can enter the spread sheet. praying for everyone applied under fsw. wishing everyone good luck. gf is canadian and included the common law too. tc

So johnny be good and soon you will get the news.. check the https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas
for status update using UCI # you got it should display the information only when you DD or CC is encashed which means you made it through completeness check and it is considered for further process once you get the PER which confirms everything is in place and you need to wait till the background checks happens and stuff ... then medical after which u can start celebrating.

Hi Guys,

My file reached on 12th Sept(NOC 1123) and awaiting DD encash confirmation. I have seen messages from other forum members that their CC had been charged for 12th Sept.

However, I checked with my bank and they suggested that they do not have information if the DD has been encashed or not.

So does it mean that I will receive PER email directly?

How long should I wait for the update from CIC?

Updated SS with my PER information. Just providing details of my application here under, which might help someone

App Sent: 27 July 2014
App Received at CIC: 31 July 2014
CC charged: 12 November
PER: 28 November 2014

---Did no write name in NATIVE Language
---Reference Letter sent with application that mentions duties on NOC 2281 (50 eligible NOC's) was not sufficient (I came to know this at later stage). Sent a covering letter along with a fresh letter issued by my ex-employer in August end, alternatively sent an email to CIC - Sydney email address with scanned document (Reference Letter & Covering Letter) mentioning all details (Name, Surname, DOB, PP Number, Application received date and time and person receiving etc).
Received confirmation email from CIC (approx 45 days later) confirming receiving application pack and also the additional letter sent, and confirmation from them, having added new reference letter to application pack.
---Provided 2 years of work exp in NOC 2281, and rest 1 year + 3 years in different NOC's but within NOC 0, A & B
---for Work Exp, provided only reference letters and nothing else

Here is some information from my experince which might be useful.

Fsw tried to charge my card twice on 20th Nov and the card got declined both the times.I got a msg on my phone from my bank and I missed it.
They again tried on 24th and got declined again. I got a msg from my bank and luckily this time I saw it.

The card was getting declined because even though the limit on my card was enough but the international limit was much less. I was not aware that there is something called international limit. So I called my bank and got the limit extended.

But I had lost all hope and was sure my application would get rejected as Fsw had tried three times to charge my card.But miraculous they tried the 4th time on 25th.This time the payment went through. I am very grateful that they tried the 4th time.

So please recheck that the international limit is set correctly on your cards and for any reason your card gets declined a couple of times when Fsw charges it, there is still hope that they might try again.

Canada needs you buddy......... you are really lucky....... wish you good luck for further process

Hey Guys,

I need a help for PCC.
My passport address differs from present address (different city), so as per the passport gov website - I need to submit some docs for present address.

If I am submitting ele. bill/telephone bill - it says "Atleast 2 bills are required - One bill should of be of last year and the other bill of current year." For flat agreement also, it should be more than 1 year.

I have been staying at current address for last 8 months only.

Can someone advise what can I do in this case?

Our Medicals tests done y'day,everything was fine.
I have just one query regarding eye checkup results:

Mine : VA(Visual Acuity) Result- 6/6 (Aided)
Wife :VA(Visual Acuity) Result- 6/12 (Unaided)
Child: VA(Visual Acuity) Result- 6/6 (Unaided)

In case of my wife is this a normal result or CIC can ask for further tests?

mine was tested 6/12 and 6/9 for both eyes....doctor said it doesnt matter...
so chill, they wont ask for further test for eye...
