PPR ka intezar to 12 mulkon ke applicant kar rahe hai...par ppr ka aana na mumkin nahi to mushkil lag raha hai....as holiday season going to begin...

From a different topic, could anybody help me with this query:

It is okay and completely legal to relocate to Quebec after getting PR through FSW program. Once you get the PR, it doesn't matter how you got it (except if applying through provincial programs that might have residential clause associated with them). So, there is absolutely no negative consequence (on renewing PR for example) if one does decide to live in Quebec. One only needs to intend to live outside of Quebec when applying.

Hi friends,

I was out for few weeks. I recd med req on 16th nov. I am a june16th applicant. Had a few question. I have got my pcc and medicals would be done on 2 dec. I will be sending all docs to ndvo. Kindly let me know if I have to mention anything on the envelope like file number or uci id.

Also let me know if RPRF fee should be paid seperately for principal applicant and spouse applicant.

Hi guys I got my PER on 26th nov and I am a 5th August applicant.....any rough idea when should I expect MR request. ..Dec??? Or January? ??also noticed out of my three employment reference letters two letters dont hv the concerned person's ema id...but hv only cell numbers...can it be an issue or can it lead to delay with regards to my application? !??? I am a little worried...can anybody help me on this pls...

Guys, my CC got charged recently, and I know my UCI from previous business with CIC. But I don't see my info in ECAS.

Is it normal? I heard that CIC updates your PR application status in ECAS once CC is charged.

Any comments?

Sept apps getting charge by 80th -90th day. I'm sept 4th app, my cc was charged nov 23 or 24.

It really seems from sept app, less have applied.

Hoping for per in 2nd week dec. If really lucky file transfer before year ends, if no xmas holiday maybe MR.

ECAS status is visible after Data Entry. It may take a few days after CC charge for it to happen.

I can now see my record online on ECas. I am still awaiting per mail. The record says we recd your application on 11 August. Doesthis construe that a per mail is shortly on the way..

Or an online status update is also created in a similar way for NER.

1. If I received ner, will I get a refund? How is one refunded, through check?

2. Who updtes the ecas to 2nd line (we started processing your app on...), is it cic or local vo?

Today when i check my mail I saw that good news has already landed in my mail box from NDVO.
Friends got my MR, RPRF and PPR Bio page request on 27th november 2014.
