PPR ka intezar to 12 mulkon ke applicant kar rahe hai...par ppr ka aana na mumkin nahi to mushkil lag raha hai....as holiday season going to begin...

I did nt think we would b able to see new year....in Canada !

I think CIC will process the information in your old form that you validated in the first time and it will not include the new info that you put in ( without re-validation) because any info that you filled in the form, it will coded in the bar code. This is only my opinion

I've just sent my file yesterday through UPS, but I discovered that I made a silly mistake and I don't know if this will make them reject the file or not ..
in the Generic application form, I completed everything and then validated and printed the form, but after that, I made a very small change to the address part and printed this page only, without re-validate the form and printing the new barcodes .. will this be a problem ? is it a must to re-validate if I made any changes ? should I can UPS and ask them to return my file immediately ?

Please guide me ..

Hi team members, As per as my Medical request on 26 nov. I have done it on 28 nov. Due to my one tattoo on my arm thy asked me to do Hepatitis B n C test and I have done serum test for Last year kidney stone laser surgery though was not mandatory.

What documents do I need to send to visa office before the date line on 12 dec. (Just 16 days have been given).
. PCC I have pcc from Nepal with me was issued on May 2014. Is this one valid to submit visa office? If not what I can do with this?
RPRF: how can I pay from cc to visa office sydney , Australia,?

Apologies if this has been asked before.

Do you know if you can move to Quebec after landing in another non-Quebec region? Old posts on the topic suggest that you can, but it's hard to find a sure answer.

I'm thinking of landing in Toronto and going on to Montreal after a couple of months. I have friends in Toronto that I can use as a base address for PR cards etc.

Or is this completely frowned upon?

Frowned upon is a very light term. The risk is that they may not renew your PR card if you don't play by the rules. Or further down the road they may deny your application for citizenship as rules are specific for Quebec.

But I'm very interested in learning if there are real life-cases of somebody that did either Federal -> Quebec or Quebec -> Federal and managed to get their PR renewed.

On old topics, people that did it said they have stayed for a few months on their original location and tried to demonstrate they searched for jobs. So they tried to become economically established on their original location but couldn't.

But I haven't heard a consistent feedback on whether somebody that did it managed to renew their PR after.

there are many ways they confirm that....
first of all, cic has designated "third party" for verification
however, verification is NOT conducted for everyone.
only when visa officer finds the case fishy, it is initiated.

now,
1. they can do by searching on the web about you and ur company
2. call you or ur employer for it
3. directly visit the work etc etc....

so, there is not a definative answer, iit's case specific....

Can u please let us know how they communicate with the employers I.e. calling on mobiles number or the landline numbers. The reason for asking this question is that the landline number mentioned on the letter head are not working now. I had also mentioned mobiles numbers of my HR and Manager whom I am reporting.

What types of questions do the generally asked from employers.

Latest CC Charged: 15 September
Latest DD encashed:3 September
Latest PER:7 August
Total CIC Apps: 10,416

I haven't seen PERs yesterday. On the SS there is one PER from August 15th... but I'm not sure it's real.
