Hello All, like we always do sharing Info, i came across this and thought it wise to share with the house. BC seems to have a lot coming up with various LNG projects to create jobs in the near future. please listen to the video in the link above, this might allay some fears we have about getting jobs.
For the Engineers and other in the house who may be interested we can join the Association and they will be of tremendous support.

we pray that our rain of MR will soon start to fall, Neyobash et all.[http://info.prepareforcanada.com/bcca-webinar-recording-landing-page?]

Please send a mail to AVO. Somebody on the EE forum had a similar experience, only to be told by AVO that they sent him pick up mail several days back after he shot them a mail.

Morning eFam!,

I'm still waiting for MR o! :P 8)

But on a lighter note...a friend of mine just got his PPR! but now his agent is asking him to pay RPRF at the rate of N305/$ when bank ATM rate is N227/CAD$.

My questions:

1. How much should he be paying originally assuming no agent was involved using a naira debit card? (from a recent xperience)
2. Should he just buy CAD$ and pay him normal amount in CAD since he is using his "personal" exchange rates?
3. Does an agent reserve any right to charge whatever rate he so pleases asides his professional fees?
4. How can he proceed with this payment without the agent?

Thanx in advance!

The agent has no moral right to be requesting for the amount to be paid. Your friend can pay on his own and include the receipt alongside the passport to be sent to the visa office. He can pay without using the agent for the payment.

He should go ahead and pay by himself using naira master card.
