Compliments of the season to every1. Wish every1 a joyous holiday and it will surely end in praise for all of us. a quick question please, if a couple had done their medicals in August and later their new born did his/her own in November, will the medicals start counting from when the couples did their medicals or from when their new born did his/her own medicals?

Hi, it should start counting from when the principal applicant had his medicals as this person is the basis for the whole application. All the best.

Dear All, Please be ready to travel at a short notice, since your immigration visa will expire a year after your medical. ;D

Good Morning all, For all those waiting for PPR please kindly go ahead and pay your RPRF fee as it might be difficult to pay with our cards from January 2016. Most banks have stopped their Nigerian Master cards from working on foreign transaction. Some have reduced their limit between $100 to $200 per day.
You can pay now and keep your receipt, when the request come its just to send the receipt along with your passport.

Hmm, does it work that way? Can we also pay through our friends that have travelled, then we find a way of refunding them.

Yes you can pay through your friends abroad. But you have to create your log in details and your friend will log in and pay for you.
If you check the Guide 7000 you can pay now or later.

Nice suggestion @tbaba. Meanwhile, the link you posted is for EE, are we to use the same being FSW?

Thanks, tbaba.Actually,i wanted to advice the house along this direction before i saw your quote.Friends, please pay your RPRF now if you have not done so.Please check out this; http://www.punchng.com/banks-stop-use-of-atm-cards-abroad/ .You can copy the site and paste on your browser to see the info.Paying it next year might be difficult and even more expensive given the rate at which naira is being devalued on a daily basis.
I discussed this with my lawyer this morning and i have paid the RPRF for my wife and myself this morning with my Access bank VISA debit card. The transanction was very smooth. If you want to pay RPRF,you can use this link; https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8.

Compliments of the season to everyone.

Yes, cheers.

As a fsw 2014 applicant I paid processing fee (paper draft) at GTBank head office months back. A source that I contacted said no such restrictions apply for now to them. I haven't received any further instruction post medical exam from CIC. I hope there is no harm in waiting for CIC then respond appropriately when the time comes

@djdy, you are somewhat right for saying that your source at GT said no such restrictions, however other banks, i.e standard chartered have sent out information to their customers regarding this development. Besides, GT bank is out of date ! With GT mastercard you can only make an online payment of $300 in day. I find this sanction very annoying, considering that with other banks you can make slightly higher payment

Hello House,
Greetings to you all. I feel like hanging out here with my people.

From the look of things, it seems as all resources are diverted and focused on Syrian refugee for now. I see people who had their Medicals in August 2015 still waiting for Passport Request.

One thing is certain, most applicant must land before the expiration of their Medicals.

All the best.

My people complements of the season, I think it is a good suggestion from T Baba to make payments before the difficult times with regards to our cards. I am also of the opinion that whatever spare cash we have we can all start buying dollars or Canadian dollars for keeps so we don't start running around for funds once we get our visas.

Meanwhile I and my spouse decided to spend our Christmas holiday in Accra, and today we went round, I specifically told the cab guy to take us to the Canadian Embassy (AVO) to just see the place. When we got there I was tempted to go and just make general enquiries as to the delays but the fence around the place alone ehnnnn no be here o. Besides I did not book any appointments naim I just jejely tell the cab guy make he just reverse make we go another place.

I strongly believe that God is with us and though the years is ending for us without the visa's. First quarter of 2016 will not pass us by in Jesus name . Amen.

Happy Holidays
