Proof of funds: you must have in the form of transferable and available funds, unencumbered by debts or other obligations. Send updated bank statements, fixed deposit certificates, etc. If you have made large deposits into your accounts or fixed term investments, you must provide evidence of where the funds originated.

Company Code and registration for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ltd as well as photos of the company’s office exterior, with logo, and interior.

Bank statements from showing salary payments from XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ltd.

Send the originals please via courier and possibly scan and send too via email.The address that wrote you the mail is there both physical and email i should think.best of luck bro.

Hello Honourable Members,

Please how long does it take from 4th line update (Decision Made) on ECAS to getting the pick up mail?

Our ECAS record was updated (Decision Made) on Friday 10th July, but up till now, we are yet to receive our pick up.

Please does it take this long?

Another concern I have is that I did not use mail return envelope while sending the passports, does this have any negative impact?

Appreciate your advise and guidance.

AJ, you will get your pick mail anytime soon, infact you may need to check your
Junk folder. It will come in anytime soon.
No issue for not using prepaid envelope, after getting your pick mail, take it to dhl or ups. That's all. Pls pay them o, it is not free lol. Congrats .
