What could be the reason for AVO sending a mail that I should provide an updated statement of account even after I sent them an updated statement of about #4260000 with evidence where the money came from for the family of 4. Could it be the statement is not enough for a family of 4 or they doubt the source of the fund.Thanks

Please how long does it take from 4th line update (Decision Made) on ECAS to getting the pick up mail?

Our ECAS record was updated (Decision Made) on Friday 10th July, but up till now, we are yet to receive our pick up.

Please does it take this long?

Another concern I have is that I did not use mail return envelope while sending the passports, does this have any negative impact?

Appreciate your advise and guidance.

Cachez, Try to be calm O! Check you initial submission again.
Did you write a cover letter with your initial submission explaining the details? If no questions were asked about your initial submission, I think it will be safe to assume they somehow missed it. So just go ahead to represent.
If issues/question were raised on it, then lets see how to address the concerns. Overall just calmly respond

The requirement for a family of four is approximately 23,000 CAD which is less than 4M naira using about 160 to CAD. So I think that can't be the issue.
