The same thing with mine as well. But i did the police report and sent it to AVO still because I never sent PCC with my application before, so I just did it with my MR even as it was not asked. I dont think there is any harm in that.

Who is your Officer thou ? SC ?

Thanks for sharing, thats what I intend doing too. I have no idea who the officer is, How do I know that since nobody signed the MR?

Dear All,

I received the MR request few days back among PCC , RPRF and Application processing fees. I am unclear about something because AVO sent the mail telling me the application fee did not go through and I need to pay the application fee. If I was going to pay again, where do I send the bank draft and which postal address if it is AVO? I have also checked online and it is not possible to pay the application processing fee for FSW.

Also, please confirm if I have to send the required docs to AVO or CIO as the mail did not specify

Will appreciate your inputs and clarifications. Thanks

please can you copy and paste the mail to my PM?
so i can advise?

Please don't hesitate as per processing and sending PCC to AVO. That may save you from wasting tIme should AVO decide to call for it. For instance, I was still asked to update my PCC even after MR.

Thanks, its noted

Good morning to all Forumites, congratulations to everyone that has received update from AVO, to all the seniors in the house u are doing a good job, it is well wit us all, it will end in praise for all of Us IJN,
Sorry I am one of those people that reads post, I notice a particular question been asked over and over, I have still not gotten a satisfactory answer.
In our Schedule A form(background and Declaration) where we were asked if we have been refuse Visa to any country, we misinterpreted the question, thinking it was just for Canada, my wife and I were refuse visa into the UK on our previous passports and she alone was refuse visa into the U.S. Once and later the hole family was granted visa into the U.S.
We also applied for FSW in 2012 and the process closed b4 our application got to CIC and our application was return, does this translate to a refusal of Permanent resident.
Please I need to know if all this stands as misrepresentation,
1. will they find out that we once applied for these visas?
2. What do we do to correct to correct the mistake.
3. Does the return of our application after the process closed in 2012 translate to refusal of permanent Visa?
4. I was in the U.S. For less than 3weeks, are my suppose to add these information to my travel history?

Please a swift response will be appreciated.

Thank u

Application Received Nov 19,
Received PER issued for Feb 10

. Good initiative guys! God bless you. Together We Do It Better!

Send a CSE to AVO informing them. You can also update the forms and upload, stating it was an ambiguous mistake. It happened to me.

its possible that the payment didn't go through for one reason..
1. the bank draft expired before the due date. (most drafts are valid for 3-4 months to the best of my knowledge)
hence no big deal..i hope you have a photocopy of your payment though..
i will advise you to go back immediately to your bank as they can trace the payment history if it was withdrawn.
if you use GTB, go to oyin jolayemi branch as that is the originating branch for international bank drafts..

Congrats ED,
I've learnt the importance of patience and faith from you.
Your responses to issues and congratulatory messages in the face of waiting for PPR shows what a big heart you've got.

God bless you!!!
