Please don't hesitate as per processing and sending PCC to AVO. That may save you from wasting tIme should AVO decide to call for it. For instance, I was still asked to update my PCC even after MR.

Sometimes in 2009 ( can't remember the date & month) , I was refused a US visa and I omitted this information when I submitted.

Next application, I was granted and I stated this as part of my travel history.

So I just want to update them about the refusal so as to avoid any misinterpretation.

I have a similar situation with you and completing the SCE right now. What you need is the schedule A (Declaration) form. IMM 5669.
That's the form that has the questions regarding visa rejection etc.

I need urgent reply please because I want to do my police report tomorrow as I have the chance and please is it to be done at Alagbon or Obalende? Dear All,

I received the MR request few days back among PCC , RPRF and Application processing fees. I am unclear about something because AVO sent the mail telling me the application fee did not go through and I need to pay the application fee. If I was going to pay again, where do I send the bank draft and which postal address if it is AVO? I have also checked online and it is not possible to pay the application processing fee for FSW.

Also, please confirm if I have to send the required docs to AVO or CIO as the mail did not specify
