Hello DoubleBam as far that I can see,we have the same problem checking our eCAS,but I hope that you have resolve yours,if you have done that,please tell me what have you done,because I have the same message when I try to check my eCas and my file is in Vienna Office more than 8 months.

According to Kuskus ( April 27, 2015: @ 01:53:39 pm ), he advised DoubleBam to "send a mail to web-tech-support @ cic.gc.ca explaining that you have no e-CAS access. You might be required to send the bio data page of the PA, but they'll fix the issue for you". You can also borrow a leaf from his advice.

I simply took kuskus advise as reaffirmed by samuel.eled by sending the mail.
On the 28th April (a day after sending the mail), I got a reply from CIC titled "QUESTION" - the body of the mail reads thus:
"Thank you for contacting CIC.
Please note that you must use our CSE Webform to communicate with us..."
The CSE link follows.
What I did was to feel the CSE form and sent my complaint. I've not heard from CIC since then.
But I'm sincerely not bordered again - I've decided to concentrate more on checking my mail for updates. I will advise you do same.
Can you let us know the stage of you application and/or timeline if you don't mind.
I wish you the best!
