i just wonder, really wondering and wondering what exactly is happening to my application. I am a 29th december applicant under noc 3142. i checked with my bank last week and confirmed that my dd has been encashed ( not sure
e when as i forgot to ask them the date). i havent heard anything from cic and i can see that some dec 29th applicants have gotten PER. is NOC 3142 cap filled? does anyone with the same time line have some encouraging words?

Firstly, if that NOC was capped, your DD will not be cashed and your app will be returned. The fact that your DD has been cashed is an encouraging sign. Just be patient and you'll get your PER by the grace of God.
