I have this question to settle for one of my guys,
in respect of NOC job experience:

Experience Maximum 15 points
1 year 9
2-3 years 11
4-5 years 13
6 or more years 15

Can he claim 15 points for an NOC that he has 1.5 yrs experience where his has another 6.5 yrs experience in other NOC though now capped. i.e. 1.5 yrs experience under NOC 1114 and 6.5yrs experience under NOC 1111.
how many points will he get?

Thanks alot, I eventually met with the account officer at the bank the next day, and they confirmed it was an error message that have had many complaints recently, as such, no attempt was made by CIC. my Application was received on 23rd December, 2014. They couldnt confirm the current exchange also. But I found out it's not even up to what they initially told me. So I still continue my wait. Thanks again.

Which NOC is yours and when was your application received?

That's tantamount to fraud. I wonder which bank that is. CAD is presently less than 160. maybe you should talk to your account officer to confirm if it was truely cic and the current exchange rate.

Thanks again. And like u adviced, I have overfunded it just in case.

Please fund your account immediately and forget about the exchange rate. Your bank will never deduct more than the exchange rate in CAD$ so just over fund it for the next attempt on your account. CIC will make another attempt in 2-3days of the first attempt. Please dont loose this opportunity.

I don't know if this is good news but I got a mail from Cic yesterday. I would like to think it's a good sign.......I made 2 mistakes on my application. I didn't write my name on the fee payment form and I also ticked additional dependents on the checklist when I don't actually have any. My application got to cic on 23rd December. So I sent in additional documents, which got there 5th January. I also sent a mail with the scanned copies.
