The second line " medical result received" has been added to my ecas. My passport will expire in September 2015. I am thinking of renewing my passport before my PPR by AVO. Please what do you think?

I also want to know the deadline from PPR to the submission of the passport.

you can go ahead to renew your PP b4 PPR. getting a new PP should not take more than 2days.

I feel you now. All we need is patience. 4 to 5 months waiting period for MR is long but just like yesterday if we have patience.
Pls we truly need patience. AVO is really trying sincerely.

You contact AVO concerning you present status wherever you are with your PPR for visa stamping in your current country provided you have legal leave to be in that country.

wow..whooping 5 months after PER?..AVO is not just trying at all....other VO's are faster and AVO even have less numbers to attend to compared to NDVO.

My people my PPR came in a few minutes ago. I can only thank God for being with us all the way. I also want to thank you all in this forum you have been incredibly helpful. The day i submitted my documents to FEDEX after my MR, i came back to my system only to see the discussion on visa refusals as per form 5669 and i remembered i didn't fill in a previous UK visa refusal in my form. you guys should have seen me running back to the courier's office like a bat out of hell. I managed to retrieve the package and filled the forms again before dispatching it the next day. I said i wouldn't mention this until i get my PPR. Special thanks to Kollins who has been helpful all through the way particularly my MR period.
