hellO kAY-DIWE,CONGRATS ON YOUR MR,I noticed we got MR same day,i did mine two days after i got the request which is about two weeks ago,however i am yet to get an update on my ecas,i will like to know if you have done yours too and if you have an update yet.your response will be appreciated,thanks.
Or is there anybody in same shoes as I am ? I am quite worried that after two weeks of taking the medical exam my ecas hasnt been updated yet.please advise.Thanks

Grey2012 congrats! Really surprised this is ur first post & u av got MR already. Ur ecas will soon be updated to medical received. But pls, when was ur application received at CIC/AVO?

wow..whooping 5 months after PER?..AVO is not just trying at all....other VO's are faster and AVO even have less numbers to attend to compared to NDVO.

I guess the time taken by AVO could probably reduce subsequently bcos the pending backlogs are getting diminished by the day. Hope applicants the MR TAT will be reduced to betweet 3 to 4 months instead of the 5 months. Relax, ours will not be up to 5 months, perhaps shorter.

Well it usually takes about nine days from the submission of your medical results by the Clinic, for it to be added to your ECAS, I think you should find out the exact day the clinic sent your medicals to CIC. Cheers

Hi my peeps, pls I need your advice, we applied on 19th of NOV, I called CIC coz when we didn't get our PER on time, I was told dere was a mistake on the generic form regards corresponding email address, instead of yahoo.co.uk , it was yahoo.com, sent a mail for correction after the call, I was given UCI number by the agent during the call, I tried checking status it didn't go tru, called the next day I was told our PER as been sent by postal mail, was again giving application number for the hole family and was told our application as been sent to Accra by the agent. I tried the application number and it still didn't see our status, pls friend what could be the issue? As anybody ever experienced such b4? I am sure my PER is on the way by post, how long will it take? What do I do abt checking our status? And how long will it take to hear from Accra after PER? Pls anybody, somebody, everybody answer Pleaseeeeeeee

Hello, I had a similar case but was lucky I sent CIO an enquiry on status of my application about the time they were going to send my per via regular mail. Mine was an ommission-entire ommision of my email address. I quickly filled another IMM0008 stating the email address and scanned, then attached to their email response. I did same through the CSE portal and later got an acknowledgement from them. the devil at that point lost the battle as Accra did acknowledge too and stated that my record has been updated accordingly.

I believe you can do the same. Im sure it will end in praises to God!

I have an idea to resolve this. Do a Case Specific Enquiry to AVO giving them some stats to compare them with NDVO and others that you are referring to. I bet they'll realize how slow they have been and speed things up. We will all benefit from this. How Una check am??

Why not do the case yourself if your idea is a good one. Pls let AVO alone with their snail pace. NDVO and AVO are have different target and relationships with the contries they serve.

My broda, T_Rap was being sarcastic. He has always said that we should all be patient. Frankly, I don't know why some get unnecessarily agitated by the "slow" pace AVO is moving at; have they checked the processing time for Accra?
