Hi, you can do that via Case Specific Enquiry - CSE, https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra

Attach a scan of the old passport and the new passport data pages. They will revert with applicable instructions, all the best.

Hi folks
is it advisable to contact AVO seeing that those whose applications rcvd dates and PER dates fell on and after my date have received their MR while am yet to hear from AVO?
I need to find a way to confirm the progress of the application

Hi, you can send a Case Specific Enquiry - CSE, https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra

My fellow Canadian in the making,
Here is a piece of information for some of us who wish to land in Alberta.
Check out the website below to see some of the certification required and you can contact them ahead for verification .
They are very prompt in reply.

Pls peeps We are still yet to get our PER, we are November 19th applicant and we used Draft, I have noticed people that submitted after us have received their PER, I have asked then on the forum if their application was done with Draft or Using their C.Cards, I will like to know Are they people in the forum that submitted around the period we submitted and used Draft but are still yet to collect their PER, I want to know if I am alone on these, my wife is worried, we have tried calling CIC on this number +16139444000, and we have not gotten through to any Agent. Please I need your help.

Hello9ja Canadian Family,

I am a little bit confused on how to make payment for my spouse which i am including in my application.
I raised a CSE to AVO which was subsequently replied and requesting amongst other things payment of $550 CAD for my spouse processing fee.
Can this be done with a Debit card? or must it be a DD

Hi, you can make payment by either your card or DD. Just indicate whichever you are using on the fee payment form you are filling and including in your response to AVO. All the best.

I doubt you can pay application fees yourself using CC online. It is RPRF and family sponsorship (which is different from FSW) I know you can pay online yourself. See link under for fees payable online.

Hello people,

Please what number can i call CIC office and at what time?
( factor that fact that we can be hours ahead or behind)

Also when your status shows " in Process" what does that mean? does it mean you are alredy in?

Thank you

Hello people,

Please what number can i call CIC office and at what time?
( factor that fact that we can be hours ahead or behind) You can CIO but you need to be super patient as you may spend almost 20 to 30 minutes on hold on the phone with them. Call as from 12 noon Nigerian time (8am in Canada ).
+1-613-944-4000 Select 1 for English

Also when your status shows " in Process" what does that mean? does it mean you are alredy in? This means your application passed completeness check and initial review at CIO. Your application will now be sent to a Visa Office for detailed review and backgrounds checks. You've scaled the first hurdle, on to the next

Thank you

HI, see above. All the best :)
