Dear Flosure,

It seems we have the same views, please PM me, lets share more ideas. If she want to practice as certified accountant, she would be have to register to the accounting professional body of the province you intend to settle into, please note that there some slight variation in the registration requirements, but there some forms that ICAN would have to filled and authenticate her membership that would earn her some credibility in some province for instance this link would assist if you want to settle into Onatario http://www.cpaontario.ca/Admissions/InternationallyTrainedAccountants/MemberAcctgBodyOutsideCanada/1010page13560.aspx

Essentially, knowing the certification and registering for membership ahead of relocation would go a long way easing settling down.

Regards,

Thanks FEMOL. I have sent u a PM. Sure we can share some ideas. Awaiting your response.

Pipis Husband, Dotsngr, ksa0510, Toronto_Raptor, Flosure Thanks so much for the wise counsels. Zozeeeee and silverblade congratulations.

I'm speechless with praise to God.

Our visas and COPR landed today.

Journey started in 2011 with a rejection then NOC 3131 disappeared from the occupation list for good. This year, something similar 0311 came up and we applied. 8 months later, we are rolling in joy and trepidation for the life ahead.

My thoughts are with all those waiting, it shall surely come to pass.

Men, this visa fine no be small............ :D :D :D

it has ended in praise. Congratulations

Please give me the number to reach them in cic for enquiries. Thank you

Hi, you can place a call to CIC in Canada with the number below. You'll need to be very patient as you may spend almost 20 or 30 mins on hold with them. Call them as from 12 noon, Nigerian time (which is 8am in Canada).

+1-613-944-4000 Select 1 for English, cheers :)

Pipis Hussy, Silverblade, Nerylanmi, Ussave, Preferred, Aduni, CalgaryChic, Dotsngr, Kay_diwe, bensonams and Demitemi. I thank you all for the good wishes as I cross this 1st hurdle.

Please let us continue to encourage ourselves especially those amongst us that applied since May 2014, that as we embark on this mission, my prayer is the Almighty will grant each and everyone of us the NEEDED PATIENCE TO BEAR THE WAITING THAT COMES WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. AMEN!

I do not want to imagine what persons who applied before me (Nov 24th) are passing through without any information from CIC? Kai kai Kai........the lord is your strength.

Very true. I say amen to your prayer too. There are still 2013 applicants who are still waiting for MR, PPR etc. Let me not even talk about my first application done in 2007 and how many yearssssss I waited, only for our fsw set to be cancelled and my file was not even processed.

Pls let us all learn patience. I believe it will end in praise for us all.
Like someone said yesterday, AVO official processing time is 31 month. Kpata Kpata just put 2 years for mind, so you can HV peace of mind. It is well.

Hi,
I was looking at the SS with the intention to not only register but to track progress of applications. Please I need explanations on how it works as some whose application was received later have already gotten an MR before earlier received applications??
