I am new also. Sent my application on the 17th December and was received on the 22nd. However, I suspect that I included 2 copies of page1 of the form on Travel history without including page 2. Though I'm not sure, I just suspect so. The page 2 contains travel history of Dependant Children 18years and above. I indicated Not Applicable since all my children are below 18. What do you advise? Should I send the page 2 alone or just ignore since I am not sure? Please advise

1. If you did not include the 2nd page, send a complete one with a cover letter asap. - There is no other option to this
