Does that mean MR takes up to 95 days after PER at AVO? That is another 3 months MR waiting period.

What is d shortest period or average period of receiving MR from AVO?

Dearie, complements of d season. No one here knows how long or short the next stage will be. Each application is reviewed on its merit, some are simple n some are complex. One can't tell. If you go to the Nigeria 2013 thread, someone posted recently DT they re still awaiting MR since 2013. Also you will notice that one of us In FSW 2014 has gotten passport request. Getting PER, in my opinion is a major hurdle to pass. So right now, just keep saving,planning n researching about where you are going to live when you land eventually. Because, it will happen one day in Jesus name, Amen

Yes dear, Pipis Hubby is on point. The office of the minister of interior has to okay every complete application before CIC sends PER. Its not something that shd be a worry. U know Canada is very thorough and you can't blame them. The world right now sef even needs scrutiny as things are just going gaga everywia.

Let us just focus more on getting ourselves better qualified for Canada economy as our seniors keep advicing.
