Reading through your timelines, seeing that you had to submit your application thrice shows a high level of determination. Its no wonder you have become a grand master in Canadian Immigration Matters. I wish you Godspeed and all the very best in all the remaining bits

It's a general error experienced by applicants .....good thing you noticed in time.
I'm of the opinion to always scrutinize yourself before Accra get your fault.
Please use the CSE link below to notify Accra of your oversight telling them it was unintentional ...
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra
Also,send a mail to
accra.immigration @ international.gc.ca
accra @ international.gc.ca
Explain to them and let them know of your readiness to correct it if they ask you to fill another IMM 5669 form.
Please don't think you're jeopardizing your chance .....you're indeed doing the right thing.
Cheers
.

Hi Kollins, I had to go through my forms after reading this, I am mega guilty of this. I have not received my PER yet (I am guessing the delay is because I was asked to upgrade my WES evaluation to FSWP package), my question is, should i wait for PER before I notify Accra?

Same mistake I made, but not to worry, you can do a case specific enquiry to remedy it. Pls chk out thread 10237,10238, 10239 of the parent forum for 2014 fsw 2014 applicants. You will see the step by step. Cheers

Hi Dotsngr, I see you received your PER on 26/11/2014, at what point did you send your CSE to Accra?

I'm hoping the WES upgrade was successful...have you done it?
Just wait till you have your PER mail from CIC....normally,your file get sent internally to your local visa office on the day (or few days after) of your PER.
Once you get it,proceed to follow the directives.
You will be fine.
Cheers.

What happened if one is refused visa in a country mors than once but one just mentioned the latest refusal referencs number, will that be a misrepresentation? i dont knw d previous one ref number nd i just mention d recent on after sayin Yes to d question.

Pls guide me on this.

Samuel,
he who is down fears no fall. I will just advise in all fairness as a brother that you state (x times) you were refused the VISA mentioning the dates you can remember and probably state it that you dont remember the other dates but the year you can mention.
As mentioned, clarity and integrity are the main things.
I can tell you previous temporary visas refusals do not affect your permanent resident visa unless you have security issues /criminal cases involved in your denials. I can also tell you that same thing applies to them, i have some of my contractors coming for assignments in Nigeria from the US and Europe who have been denied Nigerian VISAs on many occasions as well. So, irrespective of the number of times, it does not matter.Just state it, be prayerful for God's mercy and let God do the rest for you.

My little piece of advice.

Hi Olu,

Thanks so much for ur candid advice. Does it mean i should write AVO after PER that I have mentioned only the recent reusal but i couldn't recall the exact of d other 2 refusals by US embassy in London?

I av never been involve in shady deals. All my refusals were on the ground that:

1. That i do not av a tie in d UK as a student
2. I do not av travel history

I believe in God nd my believe does not support illegality. Rather refused than be banned from travelling for silly reasons.

With God, all our dreams shall be things of d past. Now is the time to rejoice in God for his favour. He has started it and will surely give me victory cos i repose trust in Him.

Pls advise me.

Thanks.

Samuel,
You really do not have any problem at all.I will advise you wait till you receive your PER before you send a cover note to accra with the updated form. Although, they may also request for the same form at first sight as well. However, i will advise you holla them immediately you receive your PER before it gets to MR stage.
I will not advise you write sydney now because of the large number of applications they receive, the ability to respond to your request on time and also to scale the initial completeness check over there. The issue at hand is a common norm that perhaps known to them having such minor errors occurring in applications though some people purposely think they might not know.
I know your heart is up there because it is not easy all. I passed through a similar scenario and i can assure you that you will get in IJMN.
Just pray for favour along with your application.

Regards,
Poldy.

Congratulations Kollins.
