Am guilty of this common mistake of visa refusal in IMM 5669 form, I submitted November. Should I send another corrected form to CIC? Please I need the help of the gurus.

I need help o, my good people. I didnt learn about the fswp till just October ending. I now have my ielts and Wes is awaiting verification from my Uniben. I'm doing close follow up with my school since Wes notified me on Nov 25th that they have sent verification to my school. I believe the verification will be sorted in a week at most. Every other document is in place awaiting my ECA. My questions are wrt the following:
1. December deadline. Is it for real? Can I make it?
2. My NOC 1113 has been showing 0 received applications till date. Why?
3. The settlement fund is borrowed. How long is this money required to be in my account?

Hello Onyiiyke, I just got through to CIC. I spoke to an agent called Joseph. Sadly, I got same response, he advised me to send a mail and expect a response within 15-20 days.

1. December deadline. Is it for real? Can I make it? It is confirmed to be true, making it will depends on how fast U can get Ur application (IELTS + WES) inclusive, to the CIC office in Nova Scotia

2. My NOC 1113 has been showing 0 received applications till date. Why? If U ask me na who i go ask, lol! but i think it's for those in the Capital market that is Stock, Shares, Securities etc, If U have a background or experience in that then U can apply for that category

3. The settlement fund is borrowed. How long is this money required to be in my account? As long as when U are told to show POF in a further assessment time, U can show that U have such funds, But for now try and send in Ur application fast, wish U all the best

2. My NOC 1113 has been showing 0 received applications till date. Why? - That is totally unexplainable!
3. The settlement fund is borrowed. How long is this money required to be in my account? - The funds must not be borrowed based on CIC requirements. It must be unencumbered for the processing period.

Your application will fly even with it now.
You can make the correction with your local visa office after your PER
