Just refill the form and validate it afresh. This will ensure the integrity of the bar codes.

I filled some my forms up to 5 times, Pipis almost flogged me for finishing the printer ink but she was happy when she saw PER!

You can go to your PFA after six months of your resignation to collect a 25% of your contribution. They will give you forms to fill and what documents to present to support your application like:
Application letter for the 25% withdrawal
Birth Certificate
Resignation letter acknowledgement from your previous place of work
Banker's confirmation Letter from your bank where you want the money deposited
Passport photographs
means of identification

you submit all that and 3-5 weeks after your application (dependent on your PFA) your money will be credited to your account.

Hey guys, I need your help urgently. Just got a mail from wes / CIC stating they are unable to view our evaluation results. Please how do I notify CIC once I order the duplicate report?

Finally the golden message has arrived. Money has been deducted from by Credit Card just now.. Spreadsheet updated.

Some information in respect of my application is as follows:

1. Didn't have birth certificate for myself or my wife. Provided 10th mark sheet and affidavit from myself and parents.
2. Application received date: 24 September 2014
3. NOC - 1111
4. Money deducted on - 3 December 2014. 8:43 pm India Time.

I just noticed a discussion on the thread of fsw 2014 abt rejection of visa.

Pls what does 6e mean on background/ declaration page?

Have you been refused admission to or offered to leave Canada or any other country?

In my scenario, I checked no as I have never been deported from any country nor denied admission at any country port BUT I have been denied visa at one time . Pls Ami right or wrong?

Hmm your PER is on the way,anyway just order for the duplicate copy on WES's website,of course at extra charge I think $80 am not sure( cos you didn't make use of the evaluation platform meant for FSWP) no need to contact CIC,WES will let them know...congrats on ur PER

It may just be that you need to upgrade your ECA result to the federal skilled worker version because so many applicants does not use it.I want to believe the email originated from WES asking you to upgrade since I'm sure the initial one you sent was clear enough .
To upgrade is simple once you have access to your account .
If its physically needed at CIC....which i doubt,then you can direct the delivery address to CIC rather than receiving it in your residence .
Most times ,this issues get resolved between CIC and WES once you have upgraded to the fsw version of the ECA simply because CIC have a direct online access to applicants ECA report to verify & compare with what may have been sent by applicants .......I guess this was how they discovered it.Normally ,they will notify WES for WES to contact you for remedial action.
Just log on to your account now and initiate the actions.
