How can i use generic form IMM0008(06-2014)E and i only submitted my application on the 19th November and it was received yesterday 26th Nov. ? God ! Will I still be charged ? Please advise

Hi Ohai........I think you should relax your mind if that's the only issue. I guess the only change to the form is the removal of Visa Office, having it on ur form should not render the form invalid. So pray and trust God for your CC charging and PER......cheers.

Relax and be calm .
Your package will be successful if this is the only issue .
More often ,this issues of form changes/updates comes up.....but applicants that submitted plus or minus 3 weeks from the update date/period won't be affected .
Reason been that not everybody uses courier to send packages .It takes up to 2 or 3 weeks for some packages to get to CIC because of the model used and it may be posted by regular post on the same day the form was updated.
I remembered between June and August when CIC released a flurry of forms that confused so many applicants.....till date now,no applicants has reported been denied because of old form.
The moral of the explanation above is that you should not worry......
You'll be fine.

Hi, your question is not clear. Is that you sent your application but forgot to include IMM0008(06-2014)E?

If this is the case, fill the form immediately and courier it to CIO along with a cover letter stating your name, passport number, the date your application was received at CIO and who received it. Explain that the form was omitted and politely request that it should be included.
