Preach it brother! Exceedingly abundantly above what we can think or ask of, HE is able to do it. Look forward to this forum hitting 200,300 pages. Of course it will, when the MR torrent of rain starts and I'm so looking forward to the congratulatory messages. No one shall be left out. This year is ending well for all of us.
We started out the year thinking we will have to wait till till EOI in 2015 but God surprised us all. We got PER and thought ok! maybe we can get MR in 18 months if we are lucky judging by the backlog of Accra (still attending to 2011, 2012 applicant) but today all that has changed. This Baba God is too much o...

Hi, for those yet to get PER, the exchange rate as at when your application was received will apply. But at VO stage, the VO may ask you to provide updated POF if the one you presented previously has been impaired by current exchange rate. Cheers

Pipis Husband has said it correctly. Let us not kid ourselves, the exchange rate at any point in time is what applies. Life is not fair as we already know. Reality is a b*tch and she bites!

I know it's tough, but the exchange rate I've been working with right from the start is USD not CAD ... to be on the safe side.

Another thing is that many people use xe.com ... sadly xe.com will not give you the real international retail rates. What you get there are mid-market rates which is basically a mid point between the lowest and highest retail rates in the market.

If you can inflate the rate on your own or use USD.
