Hello all, good afternoon. I am new on this forum.
My docs were received by CIC on June 18th, 2014 and my DRAFT has been cashed on 3rd October, 2014 and I am yet to receive my PER.
Is there anyone here with the same issue? Please I will appreciate your response and input.

advice needed urgently

my application was received on july 8 by cic but I recently realised that my cc card was cancelled by the bank, please advise on how I can contact cic quickly(phone no. or email) to update my application with a new credit card details. Sad

Bros! i think you need to start working on a plan B now because I think CIC should have been informed much earlier bearing in mind they are charging July 17, im sure its not your fault either. What NOC did you apply for initially? Can you start gathering forms to reapply now? Please ask your questions, we are available to help you.

I think you can still try and contact CIC ASAP,one fellow from Indian on the Global forum had a similar issue and when he called the lady @ the other end helped him to confirm that his card was tried for charging twice and he gave the new card details via mail and I think he now has PER,so give a call and the scanned copy of the details of the new card via email a shot via centralized-intake-office@cic.gc.ca ..............but that said you need to start preparing another application .goodluck...cheers

Hello House,

I tried to update my record with VO - Accra, Ghana, for the addition of my new baby.

I've sent all the required forms/updates but to my surprise I just got a mail from them saying that i should provide ''Processing fee for your new child. You only submitted a fee payment form which is not acceptable.''
Can somebody who has done this before help on the way forward as they did not provide me with how to make the payment on the mail.

Hi, you didn't tell us what fee payment method you indicated on the form. That could be the reason why they got back to you. I'd suggest you get a bank draft to cover the cost of the child's application fee and send it to the same address you sent the earlier documents with a new fee payment form.

Canadian dollar draft or US dollar draft in the amount required of 150 CAD / $140 addressed to the Rereceiver General For Canada .........did you include the draft and indicate it appropriately ofmthe fee payment form?

Which bank's mastercard did you use?

Just like ksa said, they'll still try and charge you twice again. Its alsmost always a week apart so you need to quickly call your bank so that the next attempt does not fail.
