I think you can still try and contact CIC ASAP,one fellow from Indian on the Global forum had a similar issue and when he called the lady @ the other end helped him to confirm that his card was tried for charging twice and he gave the new card details via mail and I think he now has PER,so give a call and the scanned copy of the details of the new card via email a shot via centralized-intake-office@cic.gc.ca ..............but that said you need to start preparing another application .goodluck...cheersdemolajohn said:
Hi, you didn't tell us what fee payment method you indicated on the form. That could be the reason why they got back to you. I'd suggest you get a bank draft to cover the cost of the child's application fee and send it to the same address you sent the earlier documents with a new fee payment form.dmoneyvera007 said:
