I have not sent anything to them.
I have scanned and printed my payment receipt (the one given at the clinic) anyways.
That is the only and surest way.
What is your timeline if I may ask?
Do not panic for it would surely end well.

Don't you have a receipt for the medical test undergone? If NO, rush to the clinic to get one but if otherwise, make copy and add to your document.
