I am in the process of submitting my passports, while filling out the generic application form IMM0008 i got to a point where you are asked to check the box if residential address is same for Mailing Address, my worry is i Live in the UK and my UK Address is still valid and its what is still on my ecas, since i am currently in Nigeria, do i need to change my mailing address to a Nigerian one, am worried my Passports and COPR may be sent to my UK address then the hassle of trying to get it back to Nigeria when its delivered at my home in the UK, pls assist people.

In My Opinion,
Are you in Nigeria for another 4 weeks? YES, then there has been changes to your situation, i will advise that you tick Nigeria as your mailing address and wait for your passport only if you are in Nigeria for anoda 4 weeks.. use the Naija address as the mailing address when sending your passport via courier..

YOUR MAILING ADDRESS CAN BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
However, in the system, your residential address will be the point of future reference when it comes to your historical details.

The clause in the mail sent to you isn't a generic statement by Accra visa office neither is it an indication for an interview.
An interview email isn't in this format and considering your level of prprocessing ,you won't be invited for an interview.
All been said,please raise a CSE telling of the clause sent to you.....try to document every exchange of mail you have received from them tillnthe last one.
Meanwhile,Go ahead with your Medicals and rprf payment and send everything they have requested.....include a cover letter document all your response to their request and letting them know you have paid your RPRF yourself since you are not been sponsored.
Be careful not to make it look like they made mistake with the clause .....courtesy in your email is needed and I'm sure they will find a way of telling you why the clause was included.

hi,

AVO will not mail your passport anywhere, rather, they'll send you a mail when your visa is issued and you will make arrangement with a courier coy to pick it up on your behalf. thus it is the address you give to the courier coy that it will be delivered to as AVO has no input in this.

recall that you had stated your email in your GAF, what this means is that all correspondence AVO will have with you will be electronic. so fill your forms with no worry.
