UPS pickup is around 18-20k..Heykay used UPS for his passport delivery and pick up.

Good day everybody. I am having a hard time paying rprf online with my GTbank mastercard and the call centre has done nothing to assist. i am having a report saying "payment failed".

if i have to raise a draft, please to whom will it be payable?

Try pay with a Visa Card. I encountered same problem paying with mastercard. I used Diamond Visa card of a friend to pay for additional dependent.

However, if you are yet to get it sorted, I'll advise you ensure there is way more than enough cash in the account you are debiting with your mastercard. I used GTB Naira Mastercard (No advert meant) for paying mine and it was successful. Wishing you the best.
