A 17-dec-2014 applicant just got a confirmation that her draft was cleared yesterday Feb 16, 2015

Sorry to hear that..good too you have taken a pro active measure in acting fast with the SINP & EE application...winners never quit and i see you as a winner soon..keep the faith bro...sorry to ask...i think one of my friend is in same NOC 1123 and his application got to CIC Nov 26th..with this situation now it seems he too might be out of the game,please can you give procedures of going in for the SINP as i may want him to explore the options to while waiting for any news from CIC on his FSW 2014

I really need help, i received email from AVO today requsting for more documents:
Bank statements showing salary statements from 2006 to 2008 with my previous employer and also bank statement showing salary payments from my current employer and also company registration number

The problem is i cannot provide these bank statements because i closed my account when i left my previous employer and also changed my job last year December where i told AVO and salary payment are usually done by cheque and most time do not show company name( thoough i have 2 bank statements that show salary payment)

I am planning to write them that i cannot provide these documents because i closed my account since

Please your advice will really be appreciated as i am so confused now and wonder why they are asking me all these documents

Is this how AVO works! What if the bank is no more in existence, what will one do? Please, write them accordingly.

One thing you must have in mind is that they have a reason why they asked for these statements with salary history. Whatever reason you are giving for not been able to get these statements as required, pls back it up with a 3rd party authority like a letter from your bank stating that. In the other case whereby you are being paid via chqs, you could approach your employer for possibly copies of the chqs or company staff salary schedule showing your name against your salary on company document. You can get as much as possible monthly salary schedule with your name.

I am of the view that if you can get these, its much better than telling them you cant get these requests.

Flosure suggestion too is very key. Transactions history of closed accounts can be generated on request and the immigration are aware of this fact.
