Dear Akeme,
I will advise that you try and see if you can get those accounts numbers and approach the bank for statement. Even though, you have closed your accounts, you will still be able to get the bank statements printed out by the bank.
Also, print those 2 accounts that show salary payment.
Try all that you could. Don't just resolve to writing them that you cannot provide all these docs unless you have attempted all available means.
