Pls how do I answer the POF and what are rules . Though the money is intact I have it fixed since 2013 till date. I just think I will send them the certificate as POF.

Hi CC or DD Charged or Cash and PER expectants applicants, kindly be more patient and you shall surely receive good news shortly. The delay might be due to d challenge faced by CIC on trying to perfect d New Express Entry system. Obviously, this will somehow affect d old fsw 2014 pending applicants and a bit enlongate the d usual expected delivery time target.

However, they will surely get back to d pending fsw 2014 applicants by God's grace. Just be positive and keep d hope alive. Nothing is wrong with your applications provided you av done the right thing, just a little delay and it wont be late.

hi, been following your link on this reference letter thingy. want to be sure of myself as well cos i got a reference letter from my NYSC employers which was the same NOC i applied for. i submitted a copy of my posting letter to support that . in the reference letter my employer indicated how much federal government was paying (monthly allowance) and that they were also giving me a mothly stipend as well. i supported that with my statement of account and used a highlighter to indicate how the monthly allowance was being paid into my account.

No special rules per-say......
If you look at the last phrase of the POF request (it's a standard template been sent in this regard ),it always say that you should/must endeavor to show substantial documents to show any bulk deposits into either your normal account or fixed deposit account/investments documenting the origin of the money.
Personally,i always advice applicants to be careful of evidence to use in other not to put themselves into a tight corner which will make Accra visa office ask for further explanation.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:


Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for all family members.

Proof of funds: you must have in the form of transferable and available funds, unencumbered by debts or other obligations. Send updated bank statements, fixed deposit certificates, etc. If you have made large deposits into your accounts or fixed term investments, you must provide evidence of where the funds originated.
