Hi Goodthings,
If you moved funds back to your account BEFORE POF request came in, your chances are quite good. I had a similar experience. I had zero liquidity before Oct 2014 as most of my funds were tied up. Then in early Nov, i got some bonus from my employer and quickly fixed it with a bank. Now, AVO contacted me for POF in december, the following MONTH. All i did was to print 9 months' bank statement...to show that i received salaries consistently every month, then i wrote a cover note to explain the payment of the bonus from my employer which was paid just in Nov and how i placed the funds with a bank. I printed a copy of the fixed deposit statement to show the corresponding entry.
So, my take is...though they asked for 3 months statement, you can show evidence of salary payment for the past 3 months, also if you had your POF in your account BEFORE the AVO mail came in, you should be okay.
If on the other hand, you only just credited your account with POF after the AVO mail came in...i will have to defer to seniors in the forum...i am pretty sure there is a way out...your case is definitely not the first but you have to thread with caution and be really smart.
SENIORS...PLS ADVICE OUR COMRADE...

I have been a silent reader of this forum. I have a very big issue and i like you all to help me.
I have MR request. Unfortunately, AVO has requested for 3 months updated bank statement. Problem is that i have transferred out all the money in the account before the request came. You know situation in Naija now. Now, i have been able to build the account back to the amount that it was by the time i applied. Should i send the updated bank statement with my RPRF to AVO like that? Do i stand a chance? What do you advise me to do?
Please, my country people i need your help
