My dear people of God, i hereby announce the arrival of my PER a few minutes ago. Indeed i was getting a bit worried but God has remained faithful. Trusting Him for the journey ahead.

  I received this mail from AVO:
  "Dear sir,
  We have received your updated forms, payment and police certificates. However, you have not given your address and personal histories since the age of 18. Please redo the IMM 5669's and resend via return email so that we can finalise your case without further delay.

  My issue is this:
  
  • I filled the form based on the instructions on the form, ie... questions 8 and 12, which says ...from age 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.
  • But now it seems that the required information is all your details from age 18 and not "the past 10 years
  So are we not expected to follow the instructions in the form?
  secondly, I have updated the form as requested and sent it by email; do I still need to send a hard copy to AVO?

Finally I received an update from my bank that my DD was encashed on the 20th November
My details are:
NOC : 2171
App received date : 30-aug-14
DD encashed on 20-Nov-14

Now the wait for the PER begins....... Fingers crossed!!!!!!

    To be on the safe side ,please send by courier.
    It only cost you the courier cost which at this time,doesn't really matter .
    Funny thing is they might even consider your attachments to them but to be on the safe side,send by courier just incase it's needed .

my children have dual citizenship, it just occurred to me that i only sent the data page of their USA passports, is that a major error or should i post the data page of their Nigerian passports to Canada

Hello, please I got a UCI from a case specific enquiry I made, but I'm unable to access ECAS using the UCI provided, do I have anything to worry about, apps date is Sept 09, no info on DD, and no email of rejection

try but think twice before you send your application under them.

There is absolutely nothing to worry about. You should have access once your PER is out...or shortly afterwards. Best wishes.
