From my observation, it sails with Visa and not MasterCard as this was the case when I attempted to pay for a friend online. You may want to try it out. Cheers!

I used the GTB Mastercard and it went through on the first attempt. Immediately, I received the receipt in my email.

When they reply to your CSE, they will inform you if your case is 'under processing' or if they have sent MR. If it is that they have sent MR, they will confirm the date this was done and resend for your attention.

The MR mails I've been seeing all say "Medical Forms will be mailed to you tomorrow.."
I assume that will be by email too. So if you get that, it should indicate you had been sent an MR previously. My thinking though.

Has anybody noticed thatNOC 1113 has always been marked with a dash(-)? Does that mean that no application has been received under that NOC. Not even 1. Something is not right here!

I doubt that. In my own case the second line was initially "Your Medical results have been received." Then when I received PPR, they created a third line; with "We started processing your application on.........." being the 2nd line then "Your Medical results have been received" moved to the third line.
