The authorization letter is just a 2liner. Having your name and address on the top right corner and AVO address on the left (normal formal letter) stating i hereby authorize so so so courier to pick my passports (details) on my behalf. Then your name, signature and file number. For the courier receipt, this is only requested by the courier you want to use before initiating a pick up on your behalf. So AVO will release the passport upon receiving your authorization letter and the pick up mail they sent to you earlier.

I started this journey in 2012, The Cap was full before my application get to CIC on my first attempt. 2nd attempt my NOC was not listed. I tried Nova Scotia Nomination, cap was also filled and my application was returned as well.

In 2014, my NOC was listed and I was putting my application together before I discovered my IELTS was expired. I enrolled again to sit for the exam and was unable to write because I traveled and there was no flight back on the day of my test. I had to enroll again for the IELTS in a later month before I was able to send in my application on July 14, 2014.

Today Sept. 01, 2015 my passport is delivered to me signifying the completion of the whole process. Please join me to sing hallelujah because Jehovah Jireh has done me well and all praises be unto Him.

He who did and completed mine will do it for as many of us awaiting this good news in Jesus name. @Sisi mee, I pray heaven will cause your case file accelerated processing for your PPR to be delivered soonest in Jesus name.
