Hello there every one, my application was filed on the 21st of October through a representative. I never got to see all the documents that were actually sent & I have a doubt about the letter that my representative said they received from CIC saying that the cap was filled already under NOC2133.

hence can any one please share with me a format of the letter they received from CIC for the same??? please!

Just needed to ask whether the july applicants of pakistan getting processed from london visa office have started getting their medicals? I am a july 23rd applicant (NOC 2133) got PER on 18 Nov, 2014 and after that no update ! Worried sick !

I will be celebrating my FSWP 2014 application's anniversary next month, May 14th!
That was the day CIO received my application... :'( :-* ;D

up to now I have not received MR except for the eCAS 2nd line on March 2015.

my PER was last February and until now no 2nd line update...unfortunately i need to wait for atleast 2 more months! NOC2133 is moving too slow!

I sent my application on 1st Dec 2014. Just got an email from CIC that they returned my application on 25th Feb 2015 because this NOC was capped. Anyone knows how long will it take to reach me? I am in Karachi, Pakistan.

Very sorry to hear that. But you should have applied in NOC 2281 because 2133 was capped in Nov itself!

For India, it takes 3-4 months. But I don't know about Pakistan.

Prepare for express entry!

Anyways I think it will take at least 1-2 months. Thanks a lot for informing.

I have already made EE profile. Points are 365. Lets see if there is a chance

Hello I am December 16 Applicant for NOC 2133. I have not received PER Email yet neither do my DD got charged. I came to know that the CAP for NOC 2133 have been reached in November 2014.

If Cap is reached, how long it would take for CIC to return my application back to me so that i can apply for refund of my application fee.

CIC website is updated data not on real time basis...you should have checked Spreadsheet buddy!!!

Hello same case with me my applciation reached to CIC on 18th december but still no email reply or response when did you requested the email for status enquiry can I know?
