I emailed them on 10th December then further on 12th february as they asked for courier receipt. Since I didnt get a reply in 60 days, I emailed again on 27th april. Next day Ii got this reply

I sent my application on 1st Dec 2014. Just got an email from CIC that they returned my application on 25th Feb 2015 because this NOC was capped. Anyone knows how long will it take to reach me? I am in Karachi, Pakistan.

19th Sep applicant's card has been charged and 18th Aug Applicant has received PER latest...

Im also 2133 december 4th applicant , i havent got any email from cic about cap, do cic return documents by courier or normal registry mail?

I will be celebrating my FSWP 2014 application's anniversary next month, May 14th!
That was the day CIO received my application... :'( :-* ;D

up to now I have not received MR except for the eCAS 2nd line on March 2015.

I applied on Dec 1 and got my application back today. Can anyone please guide me as to what should I do with bank draft? It is valid by day after tomorrow only. After that it will be void? It cant be en-cashed by anyone but the person it is addressed to?? Thanks in Advance

Hello I am December 16 Applicant for NOC 2133. I have not received PER Email yet neither do my DD got charged. I came to know that the CAP for NOC 2133 have been reached in November 2014.

If Cap is reached, how long it would take for CIC to return my application back to me so that i can apply for refund of my application fee.

I sent my application from Pakistan on 8th November and received by CIC on 12th November.

So far no confirmation that my DD has been charged. Is there actually a delay or a hold in charging for 2133 applications?

I know for a fact that 2133 did NOT reach the cap, as i checked in first week of January 2015 and the final count stood at around 500 something. So I highly doubt they got another 4-500 applications within a few days.

Also, is contacting your bank the only way you can find out if your DD has been charged? There is no confirmation from CIC? And how long does it take (usually) for CIC to charge the DD and send the PER/NER email?

dont worry... second line may come tomorrow. ECAS is normally updated on Tuesday... for me it was same.. so nothing to worry about..

Hi Seniors, Can someone help me out of this? I've got my second line in ECAS months back, but have not get ME yet. Why would this happen? Is it possible that the visa office still doing background check?

Collin received my FSWP application a year ago at around 1:00pm in NS, Canada.

;D Til now, I am still on the MR/RPRF stage...
