Sep applicants are also getting PER now, so there is no rule of thumb based on app received date... Wait for sometime you too will get good news soon

we have almost same timeline, mine is received 21 Oct and got PER on 12 Jan, for your case you should receive earlier than mine...however, CIC is unpredictable hence i suggest keep patiently waiting as it will come soon...pray more....all the bests for all of us....

Look at my time line, I am 1st OCT applicant and received PER after maspogi21... so they are unpredictable for sure

My docs received on December, 4 and I called the Canada post few minutes ago to be aware of my money order status. but unfortunately I found out my money order hasn't been cashed yet. It sounds a little worrying. But I don't wanna lose my hope till the last moment. I hope we will be successful in this way.

The last app charged is of Nov 7th. The big question is if we hit the cap??

After crunching some number from the SS, I reckon that we didn't hit the cap.

According to the last chart CIC posted with the caps dated Nov 19th (correct me if I'm wrong) there were 777 NOC 2133 apps until Nov 19th. From the SS we can calculate that the average 2133 apps received per day at CIC were 6 apps/day. From 19/11 to 31/12 there are 28 business days so on Dec 31th the total ammount of 2133 apps filed were 945.

I'm assuming that the SS reflects just 25% of the worldwide apps (is it right to assume this factor?)

Yeah I think we did not reached the cap. And last CIC cap update was Dec 19 with total 777.
