They are still processing 2013 applications....most of the 2013 applications have been processed already...so should not take much time to process the remainder.

I am here to share a good news today. Got a call from our agency and confirmed that we have received our MR, at last! Alhamdulillah!!! As you can see I am one of the unfortunate 2013 applicants, who received a second line update on October, 2014 (on the 13th to be precise) but didn't get through last year's MR rain.

It seems like SGVO has started sending the Pending MRs with 2nd line update of Oct/Nov last year. I am a silent follower of the group and cannot thank you guys enough for the mental support each member has provided.

I hope and pray to the Almighty that all of us gets relieved from the pain of waiting and get our MRs soon. Hang in there, good news is on the way.. Inshallah.

Hello everyone, I'm a singaporean and need some help here about express entry and sponsorship:

I am under skilled trade B section as per Canada immigration, however I do not have a job yet. Im planning to fly there around end June to early July, and i believe that I can apply for express entry through the immigration office in Vancouver?
I am hoping to find a job here as RAT, what are the chances the employer will apply labour market opinion for me? I am aware that after that I have to apply for a work visa. Do i have to go back to my country and wait for confirmation or am I allowed to go to USA border and back straight?
Is there other options that I may enter Canada with a tourist visa and then to a work visa?
Is it really necessary to take the english test if i come from a english speaking country?

My wife is a PR in Canada, and she is currently living there but not working. As I will be joining her in July, she will try to apply a sponsorship for me while I'm there. But I was wondering, as my job is quite in demand in Canada, will I be able to get a status myself?
It is quite confusing as the immigration website has too many different information and I went to my local Canada immigration but they were not able to help me. My wife tried to speak with someone in CIA but they told her to check on the website link.

Hope someone can give me some pointers here about my situation, thank you!

Query :Validity of canada visa

Dear Experts ,

Good day !
I had a query regarding validity of canads visa.From my experience,
I know the validity of aus visa is 5 yrs.Within 6 months/more,one has to
give first entry .Then one can move to australia anytime before visa expiry date (within 5 yrs).

What about canada visa ? Is it similar to aus visa ?

5.Area Code : What does it mean ? Same as postal code ?

On my part I got office visit on Thursday. Interviewed lasted for max 5 minutes. Asked some basic questions and that's all.
