Mine was updated on Oct 28th, 2014. I sent a CSE to SGVO. The reply was, "This application is currently under review....."

I suggest you apply for GCMS notes to find out steps taken by visa officers (yes, there can be several of them one at a time handling a given case).

I was quite enthusiastic to read my GCMS notes and applied for it too early, even before my second line was added, which means before SGVO started to process my case. As a result I had the lines below.

Eligibility: not started
Criminality: not started
Security: not started
Medical: not started

I, therefore, have recently applied again for GCMS notse now that I know that they started processing my application on Oct 28, 2014. Since your second line was added at around the same time as mine, I think you should request for GCMS notes too.

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....
[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.

So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

I tried but could not find any convenient payment option from bangladesh.

If anyone already apply please share details... (like Ageny name, how you send the payment etc... )

Niv: I used http://www.gcmsfile.com.....cost is CAD$30. Payment through paypal, so ask one of ur friends or relatives who has one. Or you can ask friends/relatives in Canada who are Canadian citizens to ask for GCMS file (even cheaper- probably $5).
My own BD consultancy firm asked ~25,000 BDT for gcms report. i hope it helps.

I have collected our passports from Vfs today, And it was the end of long waiting. Firstly I like to thank my Allah for blessing me. Just to keep you guys updated, my family has received our visas & COPR right on Dec 24th, 2014. CIIP replied about one week after we registered online and told us they would arrange a session 'within 16 weeks'.
