as i have been asked to submit updated Schedule A/ background declaration (along with PPC, PP etc);

in that Schedule A form, do we also need to sign and fill the last portion of the last page (page 4)?

its written there, "DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CANADIAN GOVT...."

if not, then when do we need to sign that portion? at port of entry?

can anyone shed a light?

I have not heard that this portion is required to be signed during landing....

But as of now, u need not to touch this....)

Regarding ECA, WES is the best as of now....And the evaluation will be doc by doc for FSW application....But for univ admission, it will be course by course....

i thought you applied for 2014 few months ago, and yet not charged CC? btw, my wife's cali cc has been issued and now on the way from cali to toronto by 'regular mail' as they refused to used courier. thanks for your valuable advices.
