I am wondering about writing name and file number on the back of bank draft.

Do we need to write it on the back of bank draft. If yes, which place?

No need to do that just write the draft number on thepayment form.
If u have to write back of draft use pencil.

cali pcc means police clearance of the state of california, USA...

i sent them FBI clearance... but, then the asked for California specific PCC last week... and then i emailed them requesting to waive, but, they replied, they still require that.... i am going to apply for California PCC this monday ... i will submit all my docs except cali pcc and passport and will write them a letter asking for more days to submit cali pcc....

in your case, i would strongly suggest to send them CSE about your UAE PCC.... btw, i also sent my UAE PCC to them... i had to submit PCC of 5 countries ! lol

good luck !

I submitted FBI clearance for myself and my spouse in April 2014 and yet SGVO specifically asked for updated FBI CERTIFICATE OF NO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS again. As per the FBI website, starting from September 2014, due to the launching of a new system FBI clearance processing will take up to 12 weeks! There is no way we can submit the FBI Clearance for us in 60 days. My question is, do I just inform them through a case specific inquiry or do I need to send them an application asking for more time for FBI clearance?

i also didn't receive any payment form.

But the number of bank draft is very difficult to see.

In the email I have received from SGVO, they did not mention about the payment form?

is it possible to give a link to download the form? thanks in advance.

what i have planned now is to submit all the docs asap without california PCC and writing a letter that i would submit the letter once i receive that letter.

i would also attach application for such letter to prove that i applied for cali pcc.

Yes, that makes sense. I was also going to do the same. Also, the attachment sent by SGVO states that the standard processing time for FBI clearance is 21 days. Do you think if we mention the purpose and enclose pertaining docs, FBI might actually process the requests in 21 days? Just an assumption :) Thanks for your suggestion!

i got my wife's fbi more than 60 days after applying.

the scary part is, after 40 days of applying, they replied that they can't read the finger print, and then, i had to send finger prints again, total it took almost 40+10+60= 110 days :)

Hi,
Can the bank draft for RPRF be done at any branch of SCB? Also, what are the associated documents needed for issuing the bank draft from SCB? Thanks for your help in advance!

Please share your experience of Medical with Dr wahab...

My wife and I got our med done at IOM (Prescription Point) in Banani 12. They are very professional!
