Yup, very much alive and still breathing (quite heavily, dont ask why :P)
I am quite a silent audience of the forum, enjoy every last bit of it. Kept on praying for all of us. I've full faith on Him, and i believe whatever He is upto, is for a good reason.
I'll definitely let everyone know whenever any update is with me reg my case.
Seems like my lawyer also follows this forum, and whenever i ask for any update, he updates me saying things which this forum has already mentioned :D
I am in a bit of a shaky situation right now, because I've made a plan of visiting Europe from this April 2nd week for 65 days (a life dream), and thought our MR would have been received by then, but seems like my forecast is like the weather forecast of BD..went all wrong..
So.....i wonder when SGVO sends the MR, and what docs they'll ask for along with it and also whether i'd be able to manage those docs from Europe. So bit of a tension going on in my head..
Anyways...keep up the good work you've been doing. I sometimes eagerly wait for someone to post anything in this particular forum, and whatever is said keeps the pressure off me a bit.. :)

As expected from SGVO.

Anyway brother u have applied this GCMS on/before 18th Feb 2014. Probably SGVO has reviewd atleast few files that we can trace from the query they made to few applicants (askingspouse docs,etc.). So may be they started to review FSW13 files starting from March. Thats why no indication was on ur GCMS. But i was expecting atleast a due date (which should have been 1 year from the date of PER)...

+1 for analysis and sharing... :)

Pray for each other.

Nice job ashif_eee, keep it up and a +1 for you.

How many of us have a second line on their ECAS and can anyone explain what it may signify?

Thanks vaia for ur inspiration ...

Nice to see u after a long time... :D

Anyway, none of FSW13 applicant's ECAS has added with 2nd line vaia.

Addition of the 2nd line (We have started to ....) indicates tht they have completed initial review with ur file and should send Medical request to the applicant with shortest possible time. Sometimes MR sent before addition of 2nd line...

So waiting for this line addition.. :D

Pray for each other.

hey ashif, i m from Bangladesh as well. pls update. also what do you think about adding the self calculated point column into the SGVO spread sheet?
however, many thanks for your wonderful effort.

Hello All

I am from Bangladesh. I need following advise

I applied for FSW 2013 and my application status showing in progress. Recently i got married and i dont know how to include my spouse with my application. Still i didnt notified SVGO regarding the change of my status.

1. How could i include my spouse with my application? Only notifying SVGO via case specific Inquiry is enough at this stage or i have send separate application, forms and supporting documents to CIO- Sydney, NC with fees???

2. If i wants to notify my change of status to SVGO, then what kind of documents i have to attach with my inquiry?

3. Recently i got one mail from SVGO regarding documents request. They wants my educational certificates copy. Do i need to send them via reply mail or via case specific inquiry or by any other means?

Please suggest me

Thanks a lot

I wanted to clarify again, I have 2 lines in my ECAS - first one (bottom line) states my name and "In progress", and the second line only states my name and nothing else. Is it normal?

Vaia, first when we log in on ECAS firstly its like below:

When u click on the link " In Process" it should appear as below:

So u r telling "In Progress"---in our case its " In Process".

But u need not to be worried, if something is different from regular ECAS line, coz this will be updated once u have any new line addition/ or their server maintenance.

Welcome to the forum Morning_Sky.

First of all I would like to say that u are with the same situation that i faced earlier. I had also update my marital status after submission of application... :). For marital status update CSE is not a good idea since SGVO is not gonna respond u (like my case).

U have to submit below docs/forms:

Forms:
1. Cover Letter stating ur changes
2. Generic App form- Principal applicant
3. Schedule A - Background declaration -spouse
4. Additional Family info- Spouse
5. Supplementary -Travels- Principal applicant
6. Fee payment
7. Doc checklist

DOCUMENTS
1. Photo-6 copy with 5 copy written name
2. 550 CAD
3. Birth Certificate
4. Passport- Spouse
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Nikahnama (English ver)
7.Settlement fund ( CAD: $13,837 for two person)-Bank cert+Statement
8. Police clearance certificate-Spouse
9. All educational docs- spouse (though checklist does not indicate those but recently SGVO asking this to several applicant)

Courier those hard copy docs to below address:

IMMIGRATION SECTION
HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA
One George Street #11-01,
SINGAPORE 049145

Dont worry they will not send u any acknowledgement, will update directly to ur file.

Since they have already requested ur educational docs, u can send those docs along with this docs (courier fee will be saved... :P) if u can arrange with the SGVO requested timeline (last query).

Sending ur educational docs as hardcopy---courier it to above address would be most wise.

Hope this will help. Let us know is u need further info/assistance... :)
