Thank you very much again for your suggestion.

Again i would like to ask you few more things. Previously you suggest me to

"" Raise CSE regarding change of my marital status with scan copy of marriage certificate, passport copy, ed certificates of my spouse. Then VO will come back to me with what I need to do further to include my spouse in my application."

My questions are following;

1. Do i need to send CSE first and wait for their instruction? or shall i send all necessary documents to VO as you instructed and in parallel raise CSE to inform them regarding the change?

2. If you could send me a sample cover letter showing how to address the change of status. Any web site link of any format would be very appreciated. Basically i am not sure how to organize the cover letter. I dont want to miss any important point on cover letter. In that case i am over cautious.

I believe you do understand my situation.

Sorry for bothering you much.

Have a nice day!!!
Thanks again

No brother I suggested u- not to send CSE. Courier those docs directly to SGVO. U can check the post again... :D

Anyway send me plz ur email ID on PM, I am sending my cover letter for ur convenience... :)

Welcome to the forum Morning_Sky.

First of all I would like to say that u are with the same situation that i faced earlier. I had also update my marital status after submission of application... :). For marital status update CSE is not a good idea since SGVO is not gonna respond u (like my case).

Dear All, This is just to make u cautious that SGVO may check your LinkedIn , Facebook and Twitter Profile for background checking.

Usually most of the background checking responsibility is handed over to third parties which can includes employer verification/police clearance confirmation etc. So who have these Social website profiles are suggested to sync with ur application provided job designation (or "Make Invisible to Everyone" on privacy settings).

* in paper file, app assignment, to/due date... all are blank :((

* last page, there are copes of my emails to them and their email to me ... no comment from VO (in last pages also) :((

* it's also mentioned criminality and security check has not started yet !!

* there may be any organization named 'siebel administration' who does the sec/crim check as third party (written in the report).

* the time lag is detailed written as from cic send SVGO my paper file which was 27th Aug 2013 ! and since then, they didnt work anything at all it seems !!!

Thanks Tomsware for your sharing.

I have sent an enquiry to SGVO yesterday evening, asking if we could send PCC from a country where we have lived for some years since that PCC will be expired next month...

And surprisingly, we have got a reply from SGVO this early morning, that we could send PCC to them.

It seems that SGVO is working :)

I got my PCCs ready, will send along MR, so far my employers received no verification.

Dear friends,

I need some guidance from you. I got IP in march 6 2014, which i found out yesterday. I recently got document update email from svo and they asked for the following docs, by email. no MR, no rprf or police clearance. just the following docs were asked

- updated generic form
- updated schedule A background declaration
- 4 passport sized photos
- current employment letter

Now I am faced with this problem. I applied as Financial analyst but around 2013 end, I switched my job. For the past few months I have been working in totally unrelated job in Administration. I did not inform svo about my new job. So my question now is :

1) shall i mention in the forms (generic and schedule A) about my new job . i think they called at my previous office and found out i am not there anymore. thats why they're asking for current employment letter. am i right?

2) does current employment letter mean an appointment letter or reference letter? or shall i provide reference letter from ex employer and new appointment letter of current employer?

3) as i have a new job, (meaning new different NOC), will i be later asked to fill another form like schedule 3 form. they did not asked to fill schedule 3 economic class form yet. but im worried that if they ask to fill this form it will cause more delays in processing and maybe even make problem at my new place of employment. is it likely or possible that they will ask for more docs and forms regarding new employment?

question 3 is giving me a headache. can you please help me or suggest to me what would be the best way to proceed. does anybody have experience in this regard (change of jobs) ....

thanks

Brother it s a good news that ur file has started on real processing. Now ur ans might as follow:

1. May be they verified prev employer, but its not obvious, coz ur file has long pending, they may want to know ur current empployment status with their own intention.

2.Yes current employer is ur new job employer. U should provide ur new appointment letter, optional= Release letter of older employment,New payslip, new work reference letter.

3. U should inform about new employer, no doubt with thhis. Chances are very low that they will send additional doc request for new employer(given that u r sending above docs). There is no chances hampering of ur application since ur application will be considered for ur older employment.

So dont worry....Just chill... 8) 8)
