Not like that. ECAS is probably outsourced by CIC and for many cases, it is being updated during Saturday and Sunday - it is my observation and opinion from past update.

Yes century is right .....If SGVO send MR on holiday (which is impossible) then we can say - they are working hard.... ;) ;) ;) ;)
