I am also a mechanical engineer & new to this forum so please bear me if i ask any novice question..

I was looking over this forum and found that some of the people have sent their application and draft for immigration but they are not sure if they will fall under cap. I want to know that if in case they don't fall under that cap of 300, will cic send back their application via post along with all docs like IELTS trf , draft, other docs etc?

Any reply would be highly appreciated

Hi Members!

I need an expert suggestion. I am Mechanical Engineer qualifying under noc 2132. I am having enough points and IELTS scores to apply for Canada but still my Education assessment yet to be started. I have not paid any money to my immigration agent yet. Will the quota available for me till this month ending? Shall I start my educational assessment and go for it or wait for next year FSW? Please advise.
