There is no point in blaming anyone about requirements to apply for FSW under NOC 2132. Better go through the spreadsheet and look over the years of work experiences of people in Core fields like Mech, Civil, Petroleum etc which might give a better idea not to forget plz browse about getting Licensed for Mech Engineers than you can get complete picture.
Guys...don't assume anything from your own end...better to do research and then make an opinion.....
Please read cic website here for eligibility:-
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
Work experience
If your application is eligible to be processed, we will then assess it to see if your work experience is valid.
Your work experience must be:
for at least one year in the same occupation,
continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time),
within the last 10 years,
So dat means, if a person has minimum one year of work-ex in his related field which is eligible NOC for 2013 program, then one can apply after securing minimum 67 points....
Regarding license...people do get employed without license by working under Professional Engineer.....I hope I have made everyone clear on this front!!!!
