Hi,

i have applied for NOC 3211, and sent my application on 07-12-2013, and now the CAP is 223. i am now worried that am i be still in the CAP ???
also how many months approximately it takes to deduct money from my C.Card.

Thanks in advance....

Dear Friend as per trend may be you fall into cap, but there is risk too,

but why you apply for NOC 3211, you had choice for NOC 3212 in that only 82 files received yet

:( :( :(

Submitted PASSPORTS, PCC and RPRF to NDVO on 17/12/2013. kindly update, dear admins..

I had sent an email to ndvo , asking about the status.. no reply ... there is no communication from them.
I just cant understand what is happening over there with our files ... something definitely seems to be wrong. It's as if a whole lot of them have been misplaced or kept in some other slot....
I can only hope the other applicants have also sent emails inquiring about the status .If they haven't already , they should definitely send one asap.

Dear Member,
I don't think that their might be something wrong nor they have misplaced the files.
The only thing is Visa officer might be having more workload as compared to other assigned VO.
Hence some delays, stay positive although very difficult to manage the anxiety and depressive thoughts but nothing can be done from our part. God Bless us.

May be the officer who has been assigned the MAY files is on leave till the new year...The one of JUNE is still working....just my guess

Guys,
I got a PDF from them with UCI & Application # on July 31st. After that i got no update from them. Neither i received any calls nor i got calls to my alternate #.
When i logged with the credentials in their website it has stated that my application is process and the same status has been there for more than 6 months.

Is it something i must be worried about or it's just a matter of time and i would eventually get call for the medicals?

Kindly advice.

The height of kameena pan brah . Kudo's.

The only thing that can be done from our end is following up through email, it is our right to do so. IF you have not read the instruction's already, from the official mail got by you earlier. You are ALLOWED TO contact them after 6 month's time. For me its been well over 7 month's since my application reached them.

Just because You have some misconception's or fear's about when to contact , do not imply that there is nothing that can be done from our part. I tried calling them but i could not get through the IVR, if i knew some direct number to them. I would be doing that to follow up.

apuna kaam hai toh apne ko pade gi, unko kya hai?

The first few batch of application's reached them during the strike action time or near the strike ending times.

Those Applicant's who have not received MR even after 6 month's kindly contact NDVO through their official inquiry form. It is within your right to do so , you can verify this from the explicit instructions given in the AOR.
