As per latest cap update, 134 seats have got filled under NOC 2134 and cap update reflects applicants uptill second week of Sep.
U can still apply under NOC 2134 if u have IELTS, WES ECA ready with u.
Do not waste money over consultant.....this site is one of the best to apply and save money.

I am also a 2134 applicant. I had hired a consultant for my application; but you need not to hire that as members on this forum has every bit of information. Since you are preparing for your ECA report...want to give one suggestion. Choose registered mail for your report delivery instead of ordinary mail. I did that mistake and my application got delayed by one month.
