Do we need to notarize i.e. get notary stamp and signature on copies of our:
1. Passport
2. School/University Transcripts and Diplomas
3. National ID, Birth Certificate

Also, any ideas on what to do if you have lost your Birth Certificate

Only the documents which are translated from other language to english need to be notarized.

if you can get new brith certificate in short time than its the best way to get it new

Dear All members who have send their MR, PCC, Passport and PCC docs to NDVO, please anser to my following queries:

can you guide me on which courier service to use to send the docs (MR receipt, PP, RPRF DD, and PCC) to NDVO. Which one would be more reliable?
Any specific kind of envelope to be used for sending all the docs including the cover letter?

I had used VFS Services. Passports will also be returned via them.

Did VFS send all your docs (RPRF DD, medical receipt, pcc, and passport) or only passport to New Delhi.

I think Blue Dart is best courier service specially for sending passport.

I applied for renew of passport. I will get new passport very soon. I have done my medical. Now I need to send old & new passport along with RPRF, Medical & PCC. Do I need to attach any other form for new passport? Or just new passport is fine.
